We require a deposit of $500 to reserve a puppy. All deposits are non-refundable, and by signing this form you understand that it is non-refundable for any reason.
When you have filled out the purchase agreement we will send you an invoice through quick books and you can make the payment through the link on the invoice. Puppy is reserved once payment is received. We will send an invoice for the remaining balance about 2 weeks before pickup. We can add the credit card option for a 3% fee.
If we are shipping with a flight nanny we will add the shipping to your invoice, if you are using our ground shipper she will set up the shipping with you and you will pay her.
Your puppy will come freshly shampooed, be treated for fleas and ticks, dewormed, microchipped, vet checked with a health certificate and will be up to date on vaccinations. We also send a snuggle pet home with each puppy!
